INFORMATION BEFORE A DECISION
An Inquiry Map for ORA Developments in Egypt
Identify the full development name and requested home type so the inquiry has a clear subject.
Identify the destination and product
A west Cairo inquiry can concern ZED West, Solana West or Pyramid Hills. Provide the full development name and home type rather than only ORA. Request the phase and unit reference, and explain whether you mean a new release, resale or a ready home.
East Cairo and coastal inquiries
In New Cairo, distinguish ZED East from Solana East. For Silversands, add the collection name and intended coastal-home use. Bedroom count alone is not enough: a garden, roof or position within a collection can change the product you are asking about.
A response you can review
Ask for area, finishing, pricing, payment schedule and handover to describe the same home. Keep the response date and do not transfer terms between developments. Inquiry follow-up organizes options; it does not accept a reservation, create a contract or establish availability without a written offer.
Key questions
Do all developments share a payment plan?
No. Terms are specific to the development, release and home.
Is Pyramid Hills in ORA’s portfolio?
Yes. ORA lists it among its Egyptian developments.
